   Young 18-year-old patient treated surgically for excessive superior jaw protrusion and excessive verticality.
The patient wore a mandibular osteodistrict for 6 months before the bimaxillary orthogonal intervention,
performed by Prof. Albino Triaca at the Pyramide Clinic in Zurich.
