Case 1

Case of young 19-year-old female patient, treated in the past with scarce posterior expansion and non-extractive treatment choice. 
The case was retreated at the end of her growth by extracting four first premolars and expanding cross sections with greater final exposure of the premolar sectors in the smile and correct inclination of the incisive groups.
